We are currently seeking hospitality properties for purchase in the UK, Italy and France. We are open to properties in any condition from going concerns (without flag attached) to ruins. Co-investments into existing hotels or properties wherein hotels may be built, will be considered on a project by project basis. Purchase price range per venture is open for discussion and is negotiable.

We are especially interested in:

• United Kingdom: London Mayfair/ Marylebone/ St James; Cotswolds/ Oxfordshire/ Berkshire/ Wiltshire/Hampshire/ Surrey/ Gloucestershire.

• France: Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.

• Italy: Tuscany and Umbria.

We will staff and operate our hotels and any affiliated real estate and tourism ventures under our proprietary hospitality brand labels.
