TPG Ventures Ltd, operating as The Property Group, will develop and operate a portfolio of hospitality assets - purchased and acquired through its exclusive partner, TPG Capital Ltd. Both are UK registered companies, headquartered in London. It will implement an innovative hospitality model across various international markets to maximise revenue. The Group plans to have an equally significant positive impact on the world through the creative leveraging of those assets to organise its community towards defined impact goals.
The hospitality model TPG has developed is a hybrid of a traditional luxury hotel and a private members club. The combining of the two elements reduces the risk and revenue-loss associated with each model when operating in isolation, while leveraging the benefits of each.
The model takes into account the growth in luxury-minded, affluent consumers seeking an immersive, localised and immaculately programmed hotel and community experience where physical space and genuine connection is prioritised by guests.
The team is focused initially on acquiring and operating properties in three European markets ( Italy, France and the United Kingdom) and the creation of a safari lodge in Kenya’s Maasai Mara National Reserve. Each property will uniquely draw on the stories, the cultures and influences of its local surroundings yet be subtly imbued with the familiarity and confidence of the parent brand.
While TPG Ventures Ltd properties will represent an evolution in the hospitality industry, it will nonetheless compete rigorously on all traditional measures of hotel excellence: location, architecture and interior design, customer service and F&B offerings. Competitive advantage will be gained and maintained through the careful selection of extraordinary properties, innovative and relentless design, execution and management.
The Property Group Capital Ltd
TPG Capital Ltd is a UK-registered company, founded in 2020 and formed as an SPV for the purpose of investing in real estate ventures in target markets in the UK, Italy and France. Investment capital is made available through assets held in solely-owned Family Office Asset Management Account(s) domiciled in Switzerland, Lichtenstein and other UK and EU jurisdictions. Property acquisition through investment funding is subject to the regulatory standards and guidelines of each country where the purchase property is located and all rights shall be reserved.
TPG Capital Ltd has furthermore formed a strategic joint venture agreement with TPG Ventures Ltd, whereby TPG Capital Ltd will provide the investment capital for purchase of property acquisitions, development, construction and exploitation and TPG Ventures Ltd will manage the property search, coordinate the property purchase, manage all aspects of development, construction, sale or operations and maintenance for commercialisation of each acquired property and/or affiliated venture for maximum revenue and profits, other shared revenue streams and stated investment, humanitarian and social betterment goals.
